Back by popular demand, this unique stage presented by ALPS OutdoorZ will serve as a platform for dynamic individuals to share their passion for the wide-open spaces and serenity that is provided by upland wildlife habitat. The Habitat Help Desk is an area of the show floor dedicated to helping landowners meet their habitat goals. Landowners can consult with trained wildlife biologists on how to improve their acres for wildlife habitat, as well as what local, state and federal conservations programs their properties qualify for. Additionally, landowners can view a rainfall simulator for a demonstration of soil heath concepts, visit a publications table for take-home habitat info, or gain valuable conservation insights from various other displays.
All of the efforts made today by Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever have little impact without future conservation leaders taking a stand for wildlife habitat conservation. In an effort to engage and educate future conservation leaders, our organization is dedicated to working with members, chapters and conservation partners to provide opportunities for youth and their families to share our outdoor traditions. Featuring decoy carving, coloring stations, an indoor air rifle range, indoor archery range and activity center.
Back by popular demand, the Pollinator Plaza will provide information on popular pollinator species, citizen science research projects, fundraising campaigns, and habitat programs being implemented to provide quality habitat for a host of grassland and wildflower-dependent species, including pollinators, upland birds and other wildlife.
