What
The annual Bird Dog Parade will once again kick-off the 2026 National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic in Minneapolis, Minnesota on February 20th. All parade participants will walk the parade route to the ribbon cutting ceremony that will open the weekend show. This event is unique to National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic and is highly attended. In past years, we had over 100 dogs participate representing over 40 different sporting dog breeds.
When
Friday, February 20th at 11:00 am
Plan to arrive early on Friday if you'd like to watch, the parade is one hour BEFORE the general showroom floor opens. You don't want to miss it!
Details
Check-in for participants will begin at 10:00 am on Friday, February 20th and will be open until 10:50 am. The parade will begin promptly at 11:00 am. Due to the size of the parade, no day-of admissions are allowed.

If you are unable to find your dog's breed in registration, that likely means the breed is full and we are no longer accepting registrations for that breed. Popular breeds such as German Shorthaired Pointer and German Wirehaired Pointer fill up fast!
