One of the most important things we can do is help create the next generation of conservation leaders. They are future land managers, wildlife professionals, hunters and conservation volunteers. At Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever, we’re developing tomorrow’s leaders today.
focus on forever conference
Focus on Forever (FOF) is a “train the trainer” annual conference, designed specifically for conservation volunteers and agency staff who are passionate about sharing our outdoor traditions with youth and their families. Participants will learn best practices for a variety of activities, events and programs that engage youth and families.

National Youth Leadership Council
The National Youth Leadership Council is made up of 20 young people from around the country that were nominated by their chapter of Pheasants Forever or Quail Forever for their community involvement and conservation interests. They are the spokespersons for their age group on hunting and conservation issues and advise Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever on youth programs.
State Outreach Coordinators
In select states, Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever have outreach coordinators who work with chapters on youth programs.
Developing Youth Leaders
Why not recruit younger members to get involved with chapter banquets, youth events and other activities? Get them involved in your chapter and give them a leadership role. Students can also start youth chapters or conservation clubs.
