Pheasants Forever, Inc., with the support of the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), is seeking bids to restore and enhance several grassland areas on the property of the Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority, located in Lebanon County, PA. Services requested include the use of a dozer to disperse soil in a small area, mechanical application of herbicide to eradicate unwanted vegetation, mowing prior to herbicide application, and the use of broad-spectrum sprays.
