Pheasant Fest Inspired Entrées in Des Moines Metro Restaurants February 17-19

Pheasant inspired menus are coming to a pair of popular Des Moines metro area restaurants, BOS Contemporary Midwest Cuisine and The Machine Shed, in conjunction with Pheasants Forever’s National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic event. Separate promotions for each restaurant will be available throughout the dates of February 17-19 with wild game dishes prepared at each location.

National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic presented by Federal Premium Ammunition will be the nation’s largest trade show and convention for upland hunters, farmers, sport dog owners, and wildlife habitat conservationists. Coming to the Iowa Events Center on February 20-22, the event will highlight Pheasants Forever's accomplishments in the host state of Iowa, home to 100 Pheasants Forever chapters and three Quail Forever chapters. Local chapters account for 18,624 members statewide who have spent over $45 million to complete 111,724 wildlife habitat projects. 

BOS Contemporary Midwest Cuisine

Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel and BOS Restaurant will be featured during a contest dinner, presented by KDSM Fox17 and Pheasants Forever.  The contest dinner will feature Tyler Viars, MasterChef contestant, and his wild game inspired meal for 10 lucky winners. The Machine Shed
