Kevin Brunk Hired as Development Officer to Advance Conservation Mission of Pheasants Forever

Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever are proud to announce Kevin Brunk as the organization’s new Development Officer. Sharing a lifelong passion for the outdoors and upland hunting, Brunk will work closely with donors, members and supporters to increase organizational charitable giving in the name of wildlife habitat conservation efforts.

Brunk will be responsible for working in collaboration with Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever team members, donors, volunteers, and partners to expand private, corporate, and public funding relationships with the goal of accelerating the organization’s mission of wildlife habitat conservation. Additionally, building a stronger culture of philanthropy among Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever constituents is a top priority. This includes but is not limited to: leadership gifts and major gifts, charitable bequests, corporate philanthropy, gifts of real estate and conservation easements, endowments, and grant funding.

Kevin M. Brunk – Oakdale, California
Kevin Brunk is serving as the organization’s newest Development Officer and is working from his office in Oakdale. Brunk has spent much of his career working as a fundraising professional with top-level donors as the Director of Major Gifts for California State University, Stanislaus, and previously in various roles for the American Cancer Society. Prior to working in the development arena, Brunk served as an architect, designer and planner under various companies from 1982-1999.  He was also formerly recognized as “Citizen of the Year” by the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce for his extensive volunteer and business contributions in his local community.

An avid lifelong hunter with a passion for the outdoors, Brunk grew up pheasant hunting on his family’s farm in the Central Valley of California. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1987. Adding to an expansive list of career accolades, Brunk graduated from the American Cancer Society’s National Leadership and Management Development Program, earning further recognition for his business and development leadership.
