WHAT: Governor Mark Dayton is convening the first-ever Minnesota Pheasant Summit in Marshall, Minn., to identify specific initiatives and actions that will be used to develop a four-year action plan for accelerating the restoration of pheasant habitat. The day’s agenda includes remarks from Governor Dayton.
