We agree to follow and meet the adult Learn to Shoot program criteria, which includes but not limited to: (1) The target audience must be over the age of 18, (2) The event must meet Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever's safety guidelines, (3) Paying for the project up front to be reimbursed (1/2 of expenses) after all reports have been submitted, (4) Submit Volunteer Liability Coverage Form to prior to event, (5) All volunteers and participants must complete and sign the Participant Waiver Form prior to event, (6) All required repots will be sent to PF or QF within 30 days of project completion. |
