Pheasants Forever Patron Member Joe Duggan and his English springer spaniel, “Jumper,” make an annual trip from their home in Bloomington, Minnesota, to the Montana uplands each year. A three-decade Pheasants Forever volunteer and employee, Duggan retired in 2015 as the organization’s vice president of corporate relations.
