German Wirehaired Pointer “Gypsie” pointed a covey of Montana sharp-tailed grouse, one of which 12-year-old Pheasants Forever member Ryan Evans picked out and harvested as his first-ever wild upland bird. Ryan was hunting with his dad, Dan Evans, and grandfather, Dale Schielke – both Pheasants Forever Life Members. Ryan, Dan and Gypsie reside in West Richland, Washington.
