With upland bird hunting seasons kicking off, women hunters may choose from among five excellent field guns offered by Syren. Designed by women hunters for women hunters, Syren, a division of Caesar Guerini and Fabarm, makes shotguns that fit women – right out of the box. Syren’s line of shotguns features a Monte Carlo comb, reduced length of pull, cast and pitch built for female anatomy and a tighter radius in the grip for female hands.

Christine Cunningham, on Syren’s pro-staff, upland hunts in the mountains of Alaska. “What attracted me to Syren most was the genuine effort of a gun maker to create a line for women, and no just any line, but one that spoke to what I already loved in a shotgun – finely made double gun with the natural beauty of a wood stock. In the field, it is a delight to carry and shoots well,” said Cunningham. She chooses to hunt with the Syren Elos Venti.

After her first hunt with the Syren Elos Venti, Cunningham noted, “It all fit me like a pair of shoes I couldn’t bring myself to return.”
