National Pheasant Fest and Quail Classic: Women, Wine & Wild Game luncheon

What are your plans on Saturday, March 12th, 2022? If your answer is our signature Women, Wine & Wild Game luncheon during National Pheasant Fest and Quail Classic, congratulations! If not, don’t fret. We have all the information you need to make sure you don’t miss out.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with the event taking place from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Attendees will have an opportunity to sample wild game, toast with old and new friends, and listen to our guest speakers.

The luncheon will highlight women “Leading through the Generations” with this year’s keynote speaker being Dr. Shefali Mehta, USDA’s Deputy Undersecretary of Research, Education and Economics, and previous board member of “The Habitat Organization.” Hear inspiring stories from Dr. Mehta and other conservation leaders who will speak to their journey into the roles they have today.

The ultimate vision of Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s Women on the Wing initiative is to grow a larger audience of engaged conservationists from all walks of life. This ties back to our mission as the organization looks to provide more opportunities for anyone interested in wildlife conservation. The luncheon creates a place to discuss what opportunities exist and what the future holds for the initiative, and how the audience can get involved.

The event is $60, which includes a meal, access to a cash bar, Women on the Wing exclusive gifts, your choice of a Pheasants Forever or Quail Forever membership and FREE entrance into the 2022 National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic showroom floor where you can find women conservation leaders speaking and presenting throughout the day.

This event, as well as local Women, Wine & Wild Game events, wouldn’t be possible without the support of our presenting sponsor, Walton’s…Everything but the Meat.

So, join us this March, and help us raise a glass to women in conservation. Share your stories, be inspired, and get involved as we toast with new friends and learn how to make a difference within our own communities.
