2nd Annual Pheasants on Ice Fishing Derby

The Anoka County (Minnesota) is hosting the 2nd Annual Pheasants on Ice fishing derby on Saturday, February 4th at Lake George in Anoka County. Last year, nearly 300 anglers turned out to compete and raise funds for wildlife habitat projects and youth conservation education events. This year, more than $20,000 in prizes will be handed out to the top 36 finishers.
 
Pheasants on Ice Derby prizes include:

Pheasants on Ice Derby details:

The ice fishing derby will also feature special guests, a group of disabled veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces. Their participation is compliments of the Wounded Warrior Guide Service.
