The Quail Family Vidricksen

Deb Blodgett sent in these photos of her hunting family, the Vidricksens. "My favorite story was about my dad hunting so many days in a row, he lost track of the date and which day of the month it was. Quail season opens the second Saturday of November and my mother asked my dad if he was going to work tomorrow. He asked why, and she told him he had to do inventory. He had been hunting every day since opening day."

Days Gone By: August 2007 1969 - Before noon, just southeast of Salina, Kansas. Norm Vidricksen, a very avid quail hunter enjoyed many an outing with his Brittany named "Bud," of course.
