Hunters and landowners attending the 2016 National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic are encouraged to visit the
Landowner Habitat Help Desk, sponsored by Polaris RANGER, to receive expert guidance for habitat projects impacting pheasant, quail, and other wildlife.
Leading biologists from Pheasants Forever, Quail Forever, Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks & Tourism, and the Missouri Department of Conservation will be available throughout the weekend of February 19-21 to provide one-on-one guidance for landowners seeking to improve habitat and wildlife on private lands. With numerous state and federal conservation programs offering great incentives for producers – including the Conservation Reserve Program general sign-up which, ends February 26
th – 2016 is a great way to make a difference for wildlife habitat conservation.
Landowner Habitat Help Room biologists worked with 151 landowners during the event's visit to Des Moines in 2015, providing conservation guidance on 23,500 acres of private land.

National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic 2016, presented by
Federal Premium® Ammunition, will be the nation’s largest tradeshow and convention for upland hunters, landowners, sport dog trainers, and wildlife habitat conservationists. Additionally, the event will feature quail-specific themes beyond the Quail Summit, with more seminars, vendors, and hunting gear designed with quail hunters in mind as part of "Quail Country," the event's newest exhibitor area.
