“Shiloh,” Rick Rosen’s English setter, passed away in April of 2014. Every autumn, Rosen and Shiloh would travel from Wisconsin, where Rosen is a regional warden with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, to western Minnesota’s Swift County for a hunt with friends. “We were getting ready to go on the first hunt of this morning, the air was crisp and you could see Shiloh’s breath,” says Sally Stevens, Pheasants Forever member, landowner friend and photographer, “Shiloh was a fantastic hunter and is sorely missed by us all.”
